Sales Policy*:

• I reserve the right to stop a sale at any time in the process.

• Contact us regarding transportation options as I can deliver if you live in the same town as me. 
               Note: Additional costs for delivery may apply.

• We can also put a bunny on Pet Bus. If you choose this option, don't forget to book with Pet Bus.

Health*:

• All of our rabbits will be healthy to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale.

• All bunnies vet checked regularly.

• Bunnies are well handled for many hours of the day, therefore kits will be used to human interaction before they go home with you. Please continue to handle your bunny after you take them home.

• Baby bunnies will leave here at the age of 8 weeks old and not earlier.

Pricing*:

• As advertised on the listing and are non-negotiable.

• Some mini lop coat colourings are priced higher than others.

Holding Policy*:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the listing price is required to put your bunny on hold.

• A bunny will not be considered on hold until the deposit is received.

• Bunnies can be held on your behalf for a maximum of 2 weeks after 8 weeks of age.

• Unless prior arrangements have been made, any bunny not picked up in two weeks will be relisted as for sale on our sale page and relisted on TradeMe, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• The balance will be due at the time of pickup in either cash or certified funds.

• Held bunnies are still considered property of Mini Lops NZ until they have been paid for in full.

• Abandoned sales will be relisted immediately.

Refunds*:

• No refunds will be provided, however we can take back bunnies if you decide the bunny is no longer a good fit for you and your family.
